Q2. When can the goods be delivered after the order is placed?
A 2. Depending on various products, it can be from 20 days to 45 days, exact delivery time will be specified in the proforma invoice once the order is confirmed.
Q3. How long does it take before customers can receive the goods?
A 3. Besides the production time mentioned above, usually, it takes maximum of 10-15 days for shipment to any destination port around the world.
Q4. Are items shown on the website ready to deliver after the order is placed?
A 4. Most of the items are needed to be made once the order is confirmed. Stock items may be available due to different seasons, please contact our staff for detailed information.
Q5. How is your Quality Control?
A 5. -Before the order is confirmed, we would check the material and color of leather/ fabric by sample which should be strictly the same as mass production.
-We will be tracing the different phases of production from the beginning.
-Every product quality is checked before packing.
-Before delivery clients could send one QC or point to the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients
when problems occurred.

A 6. -Shipment and sample quality tracking includes lifetime.
-Any small problem happening with our furniture will be solved at the most prompt time.
-We always offer relative technical support. Quick response, all your inquiries will be replied to within 24 hours.
Q7. How can I get a quotation and make an order?
A 7. Send us your kitchen dimensions and requests (or send you plan), we will make the design and then quote the exactly the cost. A Proforma Invoice will be issued once the order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
