Q: What should we do after we place the order?
A: After you pay the deposit, you just need to check the CAD drawing that we will work out within 3 weeks.
Q: How long will I receive goods once I confirm the order?
A: Usually minimum 30-45days are needed. But if you are in very urgent need, we can finish within 25-30days.
Q: What if I do not know how to install?
A: Our products are easy to install. Besides, after we deliver the goods, we will send the detailed drawings, installation
instructions and packing list to tell you how to install.
For any problems during installation, you can contact us at any time. And if required, we can also go to your job site for
measuring and installation instructions.
